Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions
The right of withdrawal and return conditions regarding distance sales to be made on our website at www.oliveoriental.com are subject to the regulations outlined below:
The Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
It is possible to cancel your orders until they reach the approval stage. However, orders that have been approved and/or shipped cannot be canceled.
To return your orders, you may submit your online return request through your member account under the My Account -> My Return Requests section. Product exchanges are not supported.
If you wish to return your orders after receiving them, you must follow the return procedure. Pursuant to the Law on Consumer Protection and relevant legislation, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty clause. Within this period, you may return the product purchased from www.oliveoriental.com together with a copy of the delivery record receipt and the original invoice. However; contracts regarding the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery, and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons, are among the exceptions to the right of withdrawal. Accordingly, for food products, the protective elements of the products to be returned, such as their original packaging, tape, and package, must be unopened.
Products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery will strictly not be accepted for return, as their return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons.
Returns without an invoice will strictly not be accepted.
Your return request must comply with the "Right of Withdrawal" and "Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal" clauses set forth in the "Distance Sales Agreement".
You may submit your return request for the unused and unopened product in its original and undamaged box by filling out the online form under My Account -> My Return Requests on our website. Subsequently, you must send your order via the same contracted courier company that delivered it to you, to our factory address, which serves as our return address.
For shipments made with a courier company other than our contracted courier, the shipping costs shall belong to the customer.
Points to Consider Upon Delivery:
Please ensure that you inspect your order thoroughly before signing and accepting the delivery. If there is any missing or incorrect item upon delivery, you must decline the package, request the courier officer to issue an official report (tutanak), and return the shipment.
Your purchases made on our website www.oliveoriental.com must be delivered to you complete and undamaged by our contracted courier company. Before receiving your delivery, you must perform the necessary inspections and ensure that an Official Damage Assessment Report (hasar tespit tutanağı) is issued by the courier officer for any packages or boxes that appear damaged.
